This intensive 1-day SC21 Management Commitment Workshop provides management teams with an awareness of the aims, approaches and benefits of SC21 to enable them to confirm that “SC21 is right for us”.
With a unanimous 'YES' it is time for the Managing Director to commit to SC21 and formally register the organization as an SC21 Signatory by completing and returing the SC21 electronic sign-up form.
The SC21 Business Group members are established and sources of potential grant funding are identified.
A high-level assessment is made of the current status/progress with each of the three SC21 'streams' Certification, Development & Performance and Relationships culminating in a written report summarising the facts –

With the SC21 Individual Implementation Plan agreed and signed-off by the top management team it is time to commence the SC21 Stakeholder Commitment Programme that includes all of the mandatory SC21 'diagnostics' and culminates in the 'Level-1' CSIP.
