The course will ensure that auditors have the ability and confidence to assess conformance to AS/EN9100:2009 "Rev C" requirements that includes the ISO 9001:2008 clauses. Guidance is given for handling the new requirements of Project, Risk and Configuration Management and complying with the auditing approaches of AS/EN9101:2010. Particular attention is given to internal and supplier auditing using the ‘process approach’ and assessing QMS and process performance (PEAR) plus customer satisfaction.

The course is ‘interactive’ and incorporates Q & A sessions, quizzes and assessed exercises. Best practice implementation strategies are illustrated with ‘real-world’ examples of visual aids, forms, documents and records. Students undertake auditing assignments using either Case Studies (Public Courses) or actual audits (On-site Courses).
Evidence of an attendee’s achievements of all learning objectives is measured by the Instructor through a combination of a written examination and a multiple-choice answer examination. Candidates successfully completing the course receive a formal Training Certificate.
Public courses are run throughout the UK on a regular basis and on-site sessions can be scheduled for up to 12 participants.
